Like any office space it doesn’t take long for there to be a build up of Paper trimmings and for the carpets to get dirty. We occasionally get called out to carry out builders cleans on private houses, these can either be private homes, buy to lets.This particular property had recently been refitted and was due to be rented out by a family with young children.

We are quickly approaching our sixth month providing daily cleaning services for a Care Home in Worcester. The Care Home has over 20 residents, and the necessary amount of staff to care for them.

Care homes present a unique challenge when it comes to cleaning, as it is almost a halfway point between cleaning a hotel and a home. With each resident having their own private quarters it is as if you are cleaning a normal house, however attached to this is large kitchens, communal areas and lobby’s.

Last week we received a phone call from a customer who did not know where to begin with a very nicotine stained house. The house had recently been sold at auction, and the previous residents had been very heavy smokers.

Nicotine stains can be very difficult to remove without the proper equipment, we were called in to take care of cleaning the walls, ceilings and well, everything else!

Today we completed a Kitchen Deep Clean on a school kitchen in Worcester. The kitchen has been regularly cleaned in the past by a contractor from outside of  Worcester. However this contractor had become unreliable of recent at which point the maintenance manager contacted us.

We completed this kitchen deep clean on a Sunday whilst the school was closed so as not to cause disruption to the normal operation. The kitchen was left clean and ready for use the following day. We are looking forward to returning and performing further cleans in the future.

We have recently completed a deep clean on a nursing home in Worcester. The deep clean was broken down into several sections including the washrooms, kitchen and individual living areas.

Working from the top down the deep clean took 3 days to complete, with the washrooms and kitchen taking the majority of the time. Every room was given a full clean with all furniture being moved and cleaned under and behind. When we perform these deep cleans we aim to have the rooms deep cleaned looking like new when we are done.

The staff on site were very pleased with the standard of clean we carried out and will be using us again in the future.

We have just gained a new contract, cleaning a 30 room hotel in Worcestershire. The hotel found our website and enquired with us for a price back in August. They had been having problems with their previous contract cleaner, finding that things were being missed within rooms and that some of the staff were being rude to customers.

After visiting site and providing a quotation the hotel decided that we were the right people for the job. We will be taking over the cleaning at the site starting in January once their current providers contract expires. We are looking forward to raising the standards and providing a clean on a daily basis that the hotel can really be proud of!
