Now the works are finally finished in Cheltenham we have been called in to complete the final stages of the racking clean within the factory. With such a large amount of surface area it is suprising how much dust collects on racking. We spent two days completing the clean at Cheltenham, with boxes of parts being loaded on to the shelves as we completed sections. It is essential to keep storage areas such as these clean and free from dust, as dust can contaminate parts and ruin assemblies.
Another week another office in need of a builders clean. It seems there are a lot of office workers out there at the moment who will be getting nicely refurbished and cleaned offices to work from. We work with this customer on many other sites both in industrial and contract cleaning applications.
Whilst our ‘A’ team were working on the one off atrium clean in Cheltenham, our second industrial cleaning team were busy carrying our a builders clean on an office block in Birmingham. The block had been previously rented by a firm who had since moved to larger premises. The landlord realising the office block needed a bit of a tidy up for new tenants had some renovations carried out. Once these were completed we were called in to carry out a builders clean.
Today we carried our industrial cleaning team carried out a one off clean at Spirax Sarco in Cheltenham. With the Atrium being one of the first parts of the building that any visitors see it is understandable that it must make a good impression. The managers had noticed that the lobby could do with a bit of a spruce up in a few areas that are not covered by daily cleaning routines. This was mainly the large glass frontage and ceilings.
We are back in Birmingham in the Midlands for a big factory floor clean, this factory has been having a lot of refitting work done, and we have been back and forth providing industrial cleaning services to the site.
This particular job is to ensure that all the floors are spotless ready for all the parts and components to be moved in. If any dust gets into the components it could render a finished assembly useless and cost thousands to rectify.
This week we are nearing completion of a High Level Clean in the Midlands. The site has recently had some building work carried out with some of their machinery being removed and replacements fitted. Of course all this work has involved lots of drilling and even some walls being removed to allow access for the machines to be removed.
Today we completed the final stages of a large warehouse floor clean in the Midlands as part of our Industrial Cleaning Services. The clean was carried out as part of the finishing stages of recent redevelopment works at the site.
Even though the flooring at the site was brand new dirt and grime had been deposited over it whilst the new racking was fitted and other items moved in.
Dust can be a real problem in industrial environments, especially where sensitive machinery is present.
Dust can block sensors, and provide a huge fire hazard. Not only this, it is really unhealthy for anyone who works in the area to breath in dust throughout their shift.
A build up of dust is the reason we were recently called into a large warehouse in Cheltenham to deep clean the floors. Dust had built up and was constantly causing issues with machinery and costing the factory £1000′s in lost production time.
Today we were called in to deep clean and sanitise 3 containers full of used catering equipment. This was a simple task as we are used to cleaning ovens whilst doing Kitchen Deep Cleans at schools etc.
Some of the equipment that we were required to clean included.
Once completed the transformation was amazing, 3 containers of brown tinted filthy used equipment, too three containers of stainless sparkling equipment.
