It is often surprising to us how long a company will tolerate a sub standard contract cleaner, thinking that things are normal. This was the case with an insurance firm in Solihull who recently got in touch.

The insurance firm had been using a contract cleaner for the best part of three years, and until recently had thought they were getting a good deal.

This was until a few months ago when they spoke with a neighbouring firm, who informed them that they were being massively overcharged compared to what was being payed for a similar sized office elsewhere, and that the little “niggles” that they had been putting up with were not normal and should not have to be tolerated.

Today we started the first day of a new contract in Birmingham, the contract is for the daily cleaning duties within a small call centre with surrounding offices. The offices in Brindley Place, Birmingham have several floors with kitchen areas, restrooms and work spaces that will need daily cleaning.

Having just moved into the building our client has a fresh and clean environment for their staff to work from, and with our contract cleaners taking care of keeping things tidy it will stay clean and fresh for a long time to come.

We have just gained a new contract, cleaning a 30 room hotel in Worcestershire. The hotel found our website and enquired with us for a price back in August. They had been having problems with their previous contract cleaner, finding that things were being missed within rooms and that some of the staff were being rude to customers.

After visiting site and providing a quotation the hotel decided that we were the right people for the job. We will be taking over the cleaning at the site starting in January once their current providers contract expires.
