Today our industrial cleaning team completed the final touches at Spirax Sarco in Cheltenham, where we have been taking care of their industrial cleaning requirements following the recent work they have had carried out.

It was surprising how much dust had accumulated since our last visit only a few weeks ago, but once we had been through this time it left the whole area ready for the staff to start work.

On the other side of the factory from the Racking clean we recently completed our industrial cleaning team has been working hard to complete a high level clean on the factory. As the building work is drawing to a close we have been cleaning the ceilings and beams ahead of the machine fitters. It is important that  high level cleans in these environments are completed before machines are fitted as the cleaning process can sometimes dislodge dust which could fall into machinery at ground level and cause issues.

Now the works are finally finished in Cheltenham we have been called in to complete the final stages of the  racking clean within the factory. With such a large amount of surface area it is suprising how much dust collects on racking. We spent two days completing the clean at Cheltenham, with boxes of parts being loaded on to the shelves as we completed sections. It is essential to keep storage areas such as these clean and free from dust, as dust can contaminate parts and ruin assemblies.

Another week another office in need of a builders clean. It seems there are a lot of office workers out there at the moment who will be getting nicely refurbished and cleaned offices to work from. We work with this customer on many other sites both in industrial and contract cleaning applications.

Today we carried our industrial cleaning team carried out a one off clean at Spirax Sarco in Cheltenham. With the Atrium being one of the first parts of the building that any visitors see it is understandable that it must make a good impression. The managers had noticed that the lobby could do with a bit of a spruce up in a few areas that are not covered by daily cleaning routines. This was mainly the large glass frontage and ceilings.

This month we have started a new contract, cleaning a care home in Cheltenham. The contract at Dowty House is for two cleaners to take care of cleaning rooms and living areas during weekends. The care home has its own in house cleaners that take care of the cleaning on week days with our cleaners taking care of cleaning at the weekends.

High Level Clean CheltenhamThis week we have completed a High Level Clean in Cheltenham, the clean was completed prior to the beams being painted as part building refurbishment works.

The beams over the past 6 years had been coated in oil that had settled from vapour released by machines used within the factory.

August has not only been a busy month for the Industrial Cleaning side of the company, it has been exceptionally busy for the contract cleaning division with new customers coming to us and existing customers expanding and moving there is more than ever to do.

With all the building work, and changes that are taking place at Spirax Sarco in Cheltenham, our staff have really gone the extra mile to keep our high standards of cleaning consistent. The new building work at site A is now completed, and our new Office Cleaning Contract will begin early in September once all the staff are moved in.

High level Cleaning Services CheltenhamWe have recently undertaken a High Level Clean in Cheltenham, the factory we were responsible for cleaning was a refurbished storage building. Most of the pipes and fittings in the ceiling were therefore new. You would expect a new building to have very little dust on up high, but with floors being sanded ready for paint, and blocks being cut dust soon makes its way into even the most hard to reach areas.
