This week we performed a builders clean and sparkle clean on a brand new operating theatre that has recently been built within Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

This Builders clean and Sparkle clean was carried out for ModuleCo who we have performed a lot of work for in the past. We were recently responsible for cleaning a brand new 132 room hospital wing for them in Lincoln County Hospital.

The Sparkle clean aspect of this clean meant that all surfaces needed just that extra bit of attention. This involved disinfecting and making sure that all surfaces are sterile and ready for use.

Today we completed a small Builders Clean on a High Street Store in Birmingham.

The shop had been finished to a high standard, with a glass frontage and wooden counters.

We worked from the rear of the shop forward.

Firstly taking care of the staff toilets ensuring they where clean after the builders had used them, this required a Washroom Deep Clean.

Today we had the pleasure of giving a newly refurbished property a thorough clean before the new occupants moved in. The property had recently been extended, and as always happens when building work has been undertaken dust had managed to get everywhere.

We received the original enquiry only 3 days before the job needed to be completed, and even though it was short notice we ensured that someone was on site the following day to provide a quotation, and the clean was subsequently completed on time this morning.

As a long weekend was available Starlight Cleaning have been called into a  school in Birmingham to perform a Kitchen Deep Clean. The school were adamant that we performed the clean over the bank holiday weekend as the contractors who previously performed the clean for them used to require 3 days.

With our experience we thought this was a bit overkill as even though the kitchens were large there was nothing complicated about them. We thought 1 day should be more than enough to perform the clean, but stuck to performing it on the bank holiday weekend for the schools peace of mind.

We  proved that three days were not required when we completed the whole clean in 1 day as planned. The caretaker of the school informed us that the clean was far superior in quality than had previously been carried out also.

All in all the clean was very simple, with the only difficult tasks being the windows, which where given a thorough clean. The school is now strongly considering using us for our Daily Cleaning Services, as well as our one off Industrial Cleaning Services like the Kitchen Deep Clean performed on Saturday.
