All staff are given a set rota to follow, with daily tasks set between Monday and Friday, this ensures that areas are not missed based around the following:
On a Daily basis:
- Bins Emptied
- Carpets Vacuumed
- Hard Floors Mopped
- Counter Tops and Kitchen Areas Cleaned
- Cups Washed and Dried
On a Weekly Basis
- Metal Furnishings and fittings - All polished and cleaned, dust tends to settle on these areas and is very noticeable so we feel it is important that these areas are kept on top of.
- Window Sills and Blinds – All window sills are dusted and wiped clean
- Skirting Boards and Door Frames – All skirting boards are wiped and dusted.
- Kick Plates - All kick plates at the base of doors are wiped with a damp cloth then dried to ensure they are clean and free of smears.
- Microwave & Fridge - Cleaned inside and out to ensure they are sanitary.
- Bottoms of chair Legs - Damp Cleaned.
- Fire Extinguishers - Dusted and damp wiped.
