Starlight Cleaning has been trading since late 2008, when a gap was spotted in the market for a commercial cleaning company that could cover both Industrial cleaning and daily cleaning requirements.
With 30 years commercial cleaning knowledge and experience within the company, we understand what is important to the customer. For this reason we always strive to offer Reliability, Flexibility, and extendibility. We will always go the extra mile to ensure that the clean is completed to a standard beyond the customers’ expectations.
Since starting out in 2008 the company has grown in size, within 6 months of start up the company employed 20 daily cleaning staff and 3 industrial cleaning staff.
Today the company has 40 daily cleaning staff and 10 industrial cleaning staff. On top of this we are always investing in new equipment to help our staff provide the best possible clean.
To ensure that our standards are always kept high, every daily cleaning site has an assigned supervisor, with an area manager visiting at least once a week. Each industrial cleaning site also is assigned a supervisor if a manager is not attending, and Customer Satisfaction sheets ensure that the clean is not complete till you are happy with it.
