This week our industrial cleaning team completed a high level deep clean on a food plant in the Midlands. With this factory processing large quantities of food for human consumption it is essential that things are kept clean. This includes some of the areas that are out of sight and out of reach such as the ceiling and beams.

Being methodical in this environment is essential, all machinery and work surfaces below the working area need to be covered over to ensure that no debris can fall anywhere where it may contaminate the final product. Once all the high level areas are cleaned down then it is simply a case of removing all the covers below and giving everything a final rinse down.

With this being the first section of four areas there is plenty more work to complete all of which will be done in the night without causing any disruption to production.
