Having recently cleaned the exterior of a large office unit on the same estate we were asked to return to  Berry Hill, Droitwich and carry out a builders clean on an industrial unit that had been vacant for nearly 7 years.

The offices had had some building work carried out on them before we were called in  so as well as cleaning up from when they were vacated we also had to perform a builders clean.

The majority of the work was involved in deep cleaning the wash-rooms that were in a terrible state when we arrived.  Once completed the units were fit for people to start working from.
