October has been a very busy month in terms of contract cleaning; this month saw us start the Southco office cleaning contact in Worcester. After meeting with the client at the beginning of this month it is clear that they are very happy with the way the cleaning is being carried out.

We are very happy with the way the contract has gone in the first month; the premises are looking much cleaner than they have been previously. The regular site visit from the managers really helps in maintaining the standards across this 24 hour site, and with an on site supervisor this really ensures that the staff are following everything they need to be on a daily basis.

After carrying out regular monthly reviews with clients across all sites it is clear that all customers are still very happy with the service they are receiving. As a result of this we have gained another office cleaning contract next to our Prime site in Worcester. This contract was started at the beginning of this month after a recommendation from one of our current contract cleaning clients. We have successfully started the cleaning of the Wildwood Rooms premises at the Triangle Worcester on a two day basis with the chance to become a five day a weeks contract in the near future. Updates will appear in the near future in reference to the new contract.
