August has not only been a busy month for the Industrial Cleaning side of the company, it has been exceptionally busy for the contract cleaning division with new customers coming to us and existing customers expanding and moving there is more than ever to do.

Spirax Sarco -  Cheltenham

With all the building work, and changes that are taking place at Spirax Sarco in Cheltenham, our staff have really gone the extra mile to keep our high standards of cleaning consistent. The new building work at site A is now completed, and our new Office Cleaning Contract will begin early in September once all the staff are moved in.

After meeting with the maintenance manager for our monthly meeting she was extremely happy with the work that has been carried out by our staff, and how the consistency of the cleaning  has been maintained regardless of the disruption that the building works have caused.

Foster and Freeman  -  Evesham

We have now been the Contract Cleaners for the offices of Foster and Freeman for four months, the staff on site have been doing an excellent job, and it really shows when you visit the offices.

Here is what Foster and Freeman had to say about our Services:

The first few months have gone extremely well, all the problems that we had with our previous providers have been dealt with. I have not received a single complaint in regards to the cleaning since Starlight took over the contract in May 2010 although I have received a number of comments on how clean the premises are looking. I believe that the success is down to the regular management site visits and the employment process used in order to gain the right staff from the beginning. The use of an onsite supervisor also ensures that the standards are maintain and staff are monitored on a daily basis.

Prime -  Worcester

We are also into our third month providing office cleaning services for Prime Worcester. The customer is very happy with the work that we have done so far. This customer also uses our extensive range of janitorial products and cleaning chemicals. Which they have informed us are far outperforming their previous supplies. They are soon to be holding an event and we have been asked to go in and perform an upholstery clean on all of the chairs within the premises to ensure that they are all in excellent condition.
