Catering Equipment Deep Clean

Today we were called in to deep clean and sanitise 3 containers full of used catering equipment.This was a simple task as we are used to cleaning ovens whilst doing Kitchen Deep Cleans at schools etc.
Some of the equipment that we were required to clean included.
- Ovens - Required Steam Cleaning and sanitising to remove burned on deposits and grease.
- Fryers – Required Steam cleaning and Draining, these where a bit more stubborn than the ovens due to oil being around them constantly.
- Dish Washers - Required Sanitising, filters removing and cleaning. Also required De-scaling.
- Food Warmers - These large counters where fairly straight forward to clean with only the water baths needing steam cleaning and De-scaling.
Once completed the transformation was amazing, 3 containers of brown tinted filthy used equipment, too three containers of stainless sparkling equipment.
